Near-Reality begins to close the doors
In an unexpected turn of events, Jacmob, the renowned owner of Near-Reality (NR), has decided to cancel all YouTuber contracts and temporarily shift focus away from the once-dominant RSPS. According to an inside source, Jacmob commented, "We're shifting our focus from NR for now, but new servers are going to be massive!" It seems the spotlight is turning toward their highly anticipated new project, RuneSpawn.
Even one of Near-Reality’s main listed owners, Stan, has been pulled into the new venture. As Jacmob revealed in a recent message, "Stan is working on RuneSpawn with me; he doesn't have an interest in NR." With two of the biggest names in the RSPS scene turning their attention to RuneSpawn, the future for this upcoming server seems brighter than ever.
In addition to the major shift in focus toward RuneSpawn, recent developments suggest that all is not well within the Near-Reality (NR) project. A respected member from within the Near-Reality community has leaked concerning information, warning investors and players alike.
According to this insider, the Near-Reality team is allegedly continuing to issue false disconnects and make false promises, all in an attempt to minimize chargebacks. The message is clear: "If I were you, I would stop investing in this project." The concerns don’t end there.
It has been confirmed that Near-Reality recently suffered a massive security breach. Their source code has been leaked, and it is now publicly available on RuneSuite, a prominent site for RuneScape-related leaks and modding tools. You can review the leaked source here.
This latest blow only adds to the growing list of concerns around Near-Reality’s future, casting doubts on the integrity and security of the project. If you're considering an investment in NR, it may be time to rethink your strategy.
