Exposing Enchanta: The Stolen Source and the Blackhat Developer Behind It

The RuneScape private server (RSPS) scene has had its fair share of drama, but few stories compare to the chaos surrounding Enchanta and its lead developer—a blackhat figure notorious for deception and sabotage. This blog will cover how the stolen source from Torva ended up in Enchanta's hands, the shady past of those involved, and why players should steer clear of this disaster waiting to happen.

The Origins of the Enchanta Scandal

In early 2024, the RSPS Torva faced an internal betrayal. According to its owner, Cyber, one of the co-owners, "Luffy" (also known as Leviticus, Quasar, and using the Discord tag leviticusplays, all linked to the same individual), stole the source code and began working with Kevin, the owner of Galanor. Cyber shared his frustration in a Discord announcement:

"Firstly, the last co-owner 'Luffy' Aka Leviticus decided to steal the source and rework it with Galanor Owner 'Kevin'. The shock of that and the fact that the new advertisements I paid for didn’t help grow Torva, really kicked me down from continuing to work."

This blatant act of theft set the stage for what would later be known as Enchanta—a server built on a stolen foundation.

Confirmed Evidence of Source Theft

The community quickly gathered evidence proving that the Torva source had been taken and reused. Cyber and other members of the RSPS scene provided multiple screenshots confirming the theft:

With overwhelming evidence, it became clear that Enchanta’s entire existence was built upon stolen work.

A Developer With a Dark Reputation

The main developer behind Enchanta, Leviticus, is a well-known blackhat operator with a track record of screwing over those who hire him. This isn’t the first time he’s been caught stealing code or injecting malicious software into RSPS projects.

In an alarming revelation, It’sPolo, another respected figure in the RSPS scene, warned the community:

"If you have received a message from the Torva Discord bot advertising another server, do not trust it. They are using source code that was stolen by a developer that was hired to work on Torva. They are using a compromised version of the source code that will ultimately lead to sensitive data being stolen."

This warning highlights a significant risk: Enchanta is not just unethical, it is dangerous.

Enchanta’s Malware-Infested Source Code

As if stealing the source wasn’t bad enough, further investigations revealed that the stolen source used in Enchanta had been modified to contain malware. The purpose? To steal user data and compromise anyone who downloads or plays on the server.

"It seems that once again, Enchanta is attempting to release their server using the same stolen source code from Torva. This has been confirmed, and to make matters worse, the code they are using has been verified to contain a virus designed to steal data."It’sPolo

The implications of this are severe. If you join Enchanta, you are putting your account security, personal data, and possibly even your real-world financial information at risk.

Leviticus' History of Theft and Leaks

Leviticus has a history of stealing assets and reselling them for quick profit. Insider information has confirmed that he stole cannon models from another server, claiming they were unique to his project. Additionally, last year he worked for a high-tier RSPS called RoatPkz, where he was also involved in questionable activities. He is well known for leaking sources and selling stolen work to the highest bidder.

Why You Should Avoid Enchanta

  1. It’s Built on Stolen Code – Enchanta is not an original project but a stolen, modified version of Torva.

  2. It’s Managed by Untrustworthy Developers – The individuals behind Enchanta have a history of theft, deception, and scamming.

  3. It’s a Security Risk – The server has been confirmed to contain malicious code that could compromise player data.

  4. It’s Bad for the RSPS Scene – Supporting servers that thrive on theft and blackhat tactics only encourages more of the same behavior.

The Future of Torva and a Legitimate Alternative

Despite this setback, Cyber has reassured the community that Torva will return under a new name, featuring a rebrand with fresh content and a stronger commitment to quality. Meanwhile, It’sPolo has announced the upcoming Asterisk server, which will provide a genuine, high-quality alternative free from stolen assets or shady dealings.

Final Warning: Stay Away from Enchanta

If you care about your security and the integrity of the RSPS scene, do not engage with Enchanta. It is a server built on lies, managed by a deceitful developer, and filled with malicious code. There are far better alternatives that do not put your data or trust at risk.
